Nightly Janitorial Service Checklists

At ENV, we have a base checklist of all the items within a restaurants that are serviced. The jobs that are associated with the items that are serviced are broken down into Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Annually, depending on how frequently the job needs to be completed. After our onsite consultation, we provide a custom checklist based on the scope of work in order to best suit each location.

Front of House

The main attraction at any restaurant is always the Dinning Room. Having an outstanding Dinning Room will bring the incentive for customers to return in the future. In most, if not all cases, it is a hassle for the employees to maintain the best looking Lobby while keeping up with all of their other tasks. Allowing ENV to service your FOH will leave less stress on the Employees of the restaurant and they can focus and excel in their major duties.
Within the FOH, ENV not only does the Dinning Room, but we also do nightly cleaning in the Bar area and the Foyer.

Restrooms

While the Dinning Room and Kitchen are both essential, having a spotless and fresh washroom puts the cherry on top. At ENV we service both Public and Staff washrooms from top to bottom, leaving absolutely no reasons for your customers to complain.
